There were a couple of things that I knew to be true, but after the last 18 months, I and many others consciously know them to be true. They are simple: uncertainty is a given and breath makes a fundamental difference to our lives. The origin of this course is an ongoing conversation between me and breath teacher, Ben Wolff, trying to make sense of something that I found personally immediately and increasingly impactful. From this ‘Breath for Coaches’ was created.
In this course we will work together in a small group (maximum 10 participants). I will share creative techniques with you which harness the freely available yet powerful resources of breath and imagination. We will practice together, explore how they might be applied in coaching and learn how to share them easily with those whose lives you wish to improve.
